RETURN POLICY:
Unworn, unwashed, odor free merchandise with tags still in tact (excluding swimsuits and final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Inspired Attire does not offer refunds of any kind, STORE CREDIT ONLY. You will be issued a store credit code for the amount you paid for the item(s) minus shipping costs. It will have no expiration date. We will email you directly once your return is processed and your code is ready to use!
If you need to return an item, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Remember all items must be returned in the condition they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.
SHIPPING:
We can’t wait for you to get the goods!!! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once it’s on its way to you, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can stalk it until it hits your doorstep!
SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We cannot take responsibility for orders that get delivered to the wrong given address. Please double, triple check that the address you provide us is the one you want your goods delivered to! If for some reason it isn't, please send us an email right away with ADDRESS UPDATE in the subject line so we can fix it before it ships. Once a package has shipped it’s out of our hands, literally ya know?!
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you’re absolutely certain you want your items before you place your order. We do not cancel already placed orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently only ship to the United States, & Canada. US Shipping is flat rate of $9.95, shipping to Canada is $15.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Inspired Attire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking status says "Delivered” we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels. Please contact your mail carrier service (your local post office) with questions regarding this matter.
SIZING:
Every piece we sell, we love! But, they don’t all fit the same. Because Inspired Attire is a curated boutique, we don’t have a generic size guide. We do, however, have a range of models wearing our pieces to help you visualize what each piece looks like on a real person, so head over to the MEET OUR MODELS page. We also provide a unique sizing chart for reference for each item we sell. We try our best to note if an item runs oversized, smaller etc. If you have additional questions in regard to how sizing is on a particular item please email us at: contactinspiredattire@gmail.com
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We quality control each garment before it is shipped to you! It’s a labor of love, for real for real, but stuff happens… SO any damage on items received must be reported within 5 days of receiving it. Please email us at: contactinspiredattire@gmail.com with a photo attached of the damage. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for store credit or replacement.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
