We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Saturday!

US Shipping is $7.00 flat rate.

Shipping to Canada is $15.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING 101:
We can’t wait for you to get the goods!!! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once it’s on its way to you, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can stalk it until it hits your doorstep!

returns & exchanges:

RETURN POLICY:
Unworn, unwashed, stain free/odor free merchandise with tags still intact (excluding accessories, intimates and final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of your items delivery date. Inspired Attire does not offer refunds of any kind, STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If you need to return an item, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please email: contactinspiredattire@gmail.com. Write RETURN in the subject line of the email. Please include your name, your order #, and the reason for your return in your email.

Remember, all items must be returned in the condition they were received. Please do not ship us any return items until you have heard back from us so that we are prepared to receive your return. We have the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

The following items are final sale* and cannot be returned:

Sale items
Hats
Bodysuits/Swimsuits
Bralettes/ Intimates/ Lingerie/ Stockings

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return is complete, we will email you a confirmation that your store credit code has been issued.

Inspired Attire does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size we recommend you place a new order asap in the size you need to ensure it doesn’t sell out. You’re more than welcome to wait until your return is processed and use your store credit, but we cannot guarantee any items won’t sell out. We are a very small business and therefore only order in small batches! If something is out of stock in your size get on our email restock list. We want to know what you want more of, Babe!

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We cannot take responsibility for orders that get delivered to the wrong given address. Please double, triple check that the address you provide us is the one you want your goods delivered to! If for some reason it isn't, please send us an email right away with ADRESS UPDATE in the subject line so we can fix it before it ships. Once a package has shipped it’s out of our hands, literally ya know?!

damaged or faulty goods

We quality control each garment before it is shipped to you! It’s a labor of love, for real for real, but stuff happens… SO any damage on items received must be reported within 5 days of receiving it. Please email us at: contactinspiredattire@gmail.com with a photo attached of the damage.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving the item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Inspired Attire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking status says "Delivered” we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels.  Please contact your mail carrier service (your local post office) with questions regarding this matter.
